As I am sure you will appreciate, it is vitally important that we hold accurate records, contact numbers and details of any health issues about all our pupils in the event of an emergency.

 Therefore we ask you to complete a “Data Capture Form” for each child so that the information we hold about our pupils is correct.

Please complete and return this form immediately. Sometimes parents do not receive text messages and this can be because parents mobile numbers may have been changed. If your mobile phone number, or any of your contact details  have  changed please let us know immediately.
