Updating Parents Mobile Phone Numbers

As Many of you know it is very important to us to keep phone numbers up to date on our records to ensure that we have your best contact number at all times in case of emergency. Over the Christmas period some parents may have gotten new Mobile Phones. We would ask anyone that has changed their number to please fill in the sheet attached to the weekly note and send it back to us.
