Dear Parent Business/Community Provider,
We are holding a Christmas Draw again this year at St. Catherine’s Nursery and Primary School. The purpose of this draw is to raise funds for the very worthy cause of our own children. They attend a Christmas Panto each year and this year instead of parents who are struggling so hard with austerity, it was thought that any money raised could allow every child in the school to go to the Christmas Panto for FREE.
Therefore we are writing to you to invite sponsorship from your organisation for this event. This sponsorship can take any form at all as any contribution that you can make to us will be greatly appreciated indeed. We would be grateful if you are giving a sponsorship donation, if that could be given/ collected no later than
Friday 18th November so that we can organise advertising and the draw itself.
We realise that these are tough economic times but times when we are all challenged to continue to support and stand with each other in our community as much as possible.
We will give thanks by way of advertisement for any organisation who can give us any donation at all. This will be clearly advertised at the school and on school communications.
