Healthy Lifestyles Workshop

There are still a few places available on Our Health Lifestyles Workshop taking place on Monday 16th October.

The workshop will take place between 7-9PM in the Men's Shed Project.

This will be a very informal workshop highlighting how parents and children can stay fit and healthy together.
