Healthy Eating for Primary School Children

Choose wisely: advice for parents on nutrition and activity for primary school children.
From the time your child starts school, they should be eating the same type of food as the rest of the
family but in smaller quantities. Choosing a wide variety of food from the different food groups is the
best way to make sure your family is getting all the nutrients they need to stay healthy.
