Sink or Swim explores the realities of parenting, while sharing tips & tools on how to look after your own mental health.

Starts Thursday 31st January 2019, St. Mary's PS Strabane

11am - 1pm

Running every Thursday 11am - 1pm for 6weeks.  All parents & carers welcome. Refreshments will be provided.
